These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.voodoolove-spell.com (the “Website”) and to all consultations, readings, rituals, spells and related services (the “Services”) provided by Psychic Mbona, 59 Chester Road, Cayman Bay, Bryanston, South Africa (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website or booking any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By booking a Service you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.
2. Our Services
We provide spiritual and cultural services rooted in African traditional healing and related spiritual traditions. These include psychic readings, divination, spiritual consultations, rituals, spells, cleansing and protection work. Services may be provided in person at our head office or remotely by phone, WhatsApp, video call or email.
Every Service begins with a consultation so that we can understand your situation. We may decline to provide any Service at our discretion, including where we believe it would not be in your interest, would be intended to harm another person, or would be unlawful.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Spiritual work is a matter of belief and its effects cannot be scientifically proven. We do not guarantee any particular result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the free will of others, decisions by courts and institutions, and chance. 4. Not professional advice
Our Services are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice and are not a substitute for it. You remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional help and for any decisions you make.
5. Fees and payment
- The full fee for any paid Service will be explained to you before the Service begins. You will not be charged for work you have not agreed to.
- Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We will tell you in advance if a Service requires materials or follow-up work that carries an additional cost. You are free to decline.
- We never ask for a percentage or share of lottery winnings, prizes, settlements, salaries or other future income. If anyone claiming to represent us makes such a request, do not pay and contact us immediately.
- You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees or transfer costs imposed by your bank or payment provider.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Your responsibilities
When using our Services, you agree to:
- provide information that is honest and accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- not request any Service intended to injure, threaten, coerce or harm another person;
- follow any reasonable instructions given for your own part of a ritual, if you choose to proceed;
- continue to seek appropriate professional advice where needed; and
- treat us and our staff with courtesy and respect.
8. Confidentiality
We treat everything you share with us as confidential and handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. We will only disclose information where you consent or where we are required to by law.
9. Communication
We communicate with clients by WhatsApp, phone, email and in person. Messages are usually answered within 24 hours, though response times may be longer during busy periods or public holidays. Please do not send passwords, bank PINs, full card numbers or identity documents by any channel; we will never ask for them. If you receive a message claiming to be from us that asks for such information, or for payment to an account you do not recognise, please contact us directly using the details on this page before taking any action.
10. Website use
You may view and print pages from the Website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our written permission. You must not misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that is unlawful or harmful.
